This course describes contract clauses concerning liability, indemnification, capping or limiting liability and insurance and defines the language used in such clauses. In addition to gaining an understanding of these clauses, this course covers determining what can go wrong, what clauses mean in the context of a business deal, and when to use a particular clause.
