Her passion for global causes led her to volunteer with the United Nations, which sparked her interest in immigration issues. In Canada, Nivin became a RCIC in 2012 and has since contributed to the field through teaching and consulting. She founded the Canadian Professional Career Academy in 2015, focusing on education and training in immigration law. Nivin has also taught at the Academy of Learning in Calgary and developed e-learning programs for non-profits. Her expertise includes various digital tools and platforms, and she has been recognized for her contributions to continuing professional development and education.
