Opening introduction sound was not good (when Jim Kaplan was speaking). Sounded very tinny and was hard to listen to without cringing. Main presenter, Richard Cascarino, was clearly ill. He kept coughing and apologizing when he coughed. I spent too much time worrying about whether he should be working or whether he should be taking care of himself instead of doing this webinar. Took away from my attention on the materials. That being said, Richard was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed how he presented the topic – very interesting, and reinforced steps I already apply. I just wished he believed that he deserved to spend the necessary time required to get over his cold (or whatever), rather than working while ill.
Some of the slides had too small a font (like slide 21). I was unable to read what was on the slide even when viewing the presentation as a full screen.
Also, every now and then, the “slide” is just a blue screen. This happens when transitioning from slide to slide in a few instances.
