Join Chris Mines while he interviews Erin Byron as they discuss the importance of having an inclusive and accessible workplace, and how to ensure we are increasing our accessibility standards for our workplaces. Erin is a cross-cultural & inclusion specialist and employment officer with Algonquin College. Chris and Erin will go over signs to look for in an accessible workplace and how to tell where accessibility can be improved. They will discuss how important it is to communicate accessibility needs with your teams and to foster an environment of understanding and inclusion, touching upon how accessibility needs have shifted since the beginning of the Pandemic.
